Account Assistant
An Account Assistant is a liaison between our customers and the production team. Highly organized individuals comfortable with using computers, phones, email, and have great communication skills are encouraged to apply. Newbies to an Account Assistant position and/or the printing production environment will be guided through our skills build-up process. If you are already experienced you’ll enjoy using industry standard MIS software and working with a long-standing team experienced in printing and label converting . Our working environment is relaxed and working hours are Monday-Thursday 8-4:30 and an early day out on Friday 8-3:00. Benefits include sick time, vacation time, paid holidays, health/dental/vision and simple IRA with employer contributions.
Sales
You silver-tongued devil, you! Do you have knowledge in label converting and printing in general? Comfortable with getting in front of potential customers and aligning their needs with our capabilities? Come on board and show us your moxie!
Prepress & Graphics
Our Prepress Department is powered with industry leading software by Adobe, HP, ESKO, and Xrite/Pantone. Take your passion for data, color, and print processes and workout your skill sets! Prepress is mostly technical but also involves creativity in problem solving. Experience in data, color assessment, print processes, color separation and/or photo-touching are preferred.
Flexo Plating & Production
This position can lead to a career pathway in Prepress, Digital Press, or Flexo Press.
Production-minded individuals find this position a great place to start when learning flexographic principles. Generally, most can pick up this relatively easy process and get your knowledge in printing underway.
HP Digital Press Operator: Level 0 to Level 3
We often train-up our Digital Finishing Operators into this position. This position is highly technical and will require eventual advanced certified training through HP Indigo. Skills developed in this technology are highly sought after as HP Indigo continues to advance its technology and marketplace in digital printing devices.
Flexo Press Operator
Can also lead to Digital Press Operator or Production Manager
We seek an experienced operator running a Mark Andy P7 Flexographic Press. Our 13 & 17 inch presses are configured for waterbased and UV inks. multi-diecut, reverse print, turn-bar, Corona treater, sheeting, and cold foil. Ideally, you are experienced with color measurement and ink formula modifications, plate mounting, and print-deck calibration. You’ll work with our well experienced press operators to develop consistent methods in press operation and maintenance of tooling and anilox.
Digital Finishing Operator
Can lead to a position as a HP Digital Press or Flexo Press Operator.
Here you will work in conjunction with our HP Digital Press Operator to diecut, varnish, laminate, slit and finish large rolls into smaller rolls of labels ready for the customer.
Slitter & Rewind Operator
Can lead to a position as a Digital Finishing Operator or Shipping Manager
Our presses deliver large rolls of labels that need to be inspected for quality and slit down to smaller rolls for the customer. We utilize vision inspection technology to aid in quality inspections. You’ll work in cooperation with Flexo Presses, Digital Finishing and the Shipping Manager.
Bookkeeping

This position works in cooperation with Sales, Account Assistants, and Management to oversee and record all financial data coming in and out. You’ll work with industry standard accounting software as well with our industry MIS system.
Packaging & Shipping Assistant
Can lead to a position as a Shipping Manager
In coordination with Slitters and Rewind operators you’ll package rolls of labels in boxes and pallets. Assist Shipping Manager with processing shipments via our truck, UPS, FedEx, and LTL. Help manage inventory levels and assist with documentation of daily shipments.
Shipping Manager
The Shipping Manager oversees all packaged labels that are to be shipped or delivered. Manages inventory levels, completes documentation for shipping, delivery, and compliance forms when necessary. Also receives shipments and directs Packaging Assistant in daily activities.
Production Manager
We look for managers experienced in printing and preferably in labels and packaging. We also consider hiring top performers from within the company.
Experienced in printing and management? This position is the key to a successful production team. The Production Manager works directly with ownership and the Operations Director. Use your keen sense of production, management, and equipment capability to lead our production teams, having full oversight of daily orders.
