Label Sizes
Choose from a large inventory of sizes for your front and back labels. If you require your front and back labels to alternate on the same roll we can make it custom to your needs.
The size and shape is dependent on your bottle design. Some bottles have equal width at top and bottom – a common rectangle or square shape can work in this situation. Others have a narrow bottom, and the top of the bottle is wider – a tapered label or arched will be needed. Rounded/bulbous shaped bottles can present issue in applying the label without wrinkling and will need a relatively small oval or arc. If your label design covers a large area of a bulbous bottle then a shrinkwrap application may be best.
Label Material and Decorative Effects
These are our most popular choices for wine labels. We also offer Cold Foil for added embellishment. Our Cold Foil process can be applied to smooth label materials – not recommended for textured materials.
| White BoPP | Soft glistening white finish. Can be printed on our digital of flexo presses. Foil can be applied to this material for a decorative effect. |
| Silver BoPP | Use this material to create cost effective metallic effects in your design. Foil can also be applied to this material for enhanced decorative effect. |
| Clear BoPP | This clear material allows the bottle color to show through. We can add white ink to create opaque and clear areas to give added interest to the design. Foil can be applied to this material for a decorative effect. |
| Estate 8 White | A soft white finish with a linen texture. Foil is not recommended for this material. |
| Estate 9 Ivory | A soft ivory finish with a laid texture. Foil is not recommended for this material. |
Laminates and Varnishes
Your good name deserves protection. The label is protected by a laminate or varnish, choose a laminate for highest level of protection.
